What happens if my order is dispatched and I cannot take receipt of it, for reasons beyond my control?

For special delivery and courier services, they require signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the couriers will hold the goods for up to five days before returning the goods back to us. Please make sure that you will be able to receive the goods at the address specified during the checkout process.
